Coalition Forces Conduct Precision Strikes on Yemeni Port, Says Houthi TV

The US and UK launched two airstrikes targeting Yemen’s main oil export terminal, according to Houthi’s Al-Masira television on Saturday. Further details were not immediately available. The airstrikes came as Yemen’s Houthi rebels have increased attacks on Red Sea vessels, including a hit on a fuel tanker on Friday. The tanker was damaged but no injuries were reported, and a US Navy ship was providing assistance. The US military also destroyed a Houthi anti-ship missile aimed into the Red Sea. The Houthis have been attacking ships since November in response to Israel’s military operations in Gaza, primarily targeting container vessels moving through the Red Sea, while many oil tankers have continued to use the route.
